In a shallow pan, marinade fish (Halibut, Cod, Tilapia) in enough Mama Hogg’s to coat nicely. Store covered in the fridge for 1-4 hours.
Evenly bread each piece in a second shallow pan with Panko (or gluten-free bread crumbs).
Fry in a lightly oiled pan until done (just comes apart easily with a fork) but don’t overcook.
Tip: you can kick up the breading with a little Italian seasoning and/or cayenne pepper for extra love ..lol..
