Place raw hamburger in a bowl, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Mama Hogg’s grilled Caesar salad dressing per pound (more if desired) Add one egg per pound and mix. If it is too loose (soupy) add breadcrumbs to create the desired consistency, from there you can make burger patties, meatballs or meatloaf.

Remember, if you over mix your meat it will be tough…. Especially the meatloaf. If you want to test the seasoning, you can make a tablespoon size patty and fry it on a pan and taste it. It only takes a minute and then you can adjust the batch to your taste.
