• Coarsely chop and pat-dry your favorite vegetable(s).
  • Place in a large bowl and toss with a generous portion of Mama Hogg’s until fully and generously coated.
  • Grill your vegetables on a medium/high heat barbecue (use a grilling matt or basket) or under your broiler in your oven, until lightly charred and still firm. You can start with the more dense vegetables (root vegetables) and add the medium density (celery, cauliflower, etc.) then the softest last (broccoli, peas, etc.) so they all still have a bit of crunch.
  • Warm yet still retains most of the food value… And taste.
