Slice a yam or sweet potato into small discs or rounds, pat them dry with a towel or paper towel, toss them in a large bowl with Mama Hogg’s to evenly and fully coat. place them on an oiled baking sheet and bake at 425F for 15 minutes until they’re golden crispy, turn them over, and cook for another 10 minutes. The result is yam fries without so much fat.

I like to kick it up with a little hot sauce in my ketchup or make mayonnaise with a chipotle sauce for an aole.

TIP: The higher the heat the crispier they will become.
