Chop all of the following into 2cm (3/4”) chunks:

- Green, yellow and red bell peppers
- Red onion (you can cut this one smaller if you wish)
- Peeled and seeded cucumber
- Kalamata olives
Mix it all together and add Mama Hogg’s Greek Vinaigrette to taste.
Top with crumbled feta cheese
