You will need:

1 Head Cauliflower

4 Tbsp Mayo

2 Tbsp Mama Hogg’s

3 Tbsp Parmesan

2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs – or any other bread crumb you desire

Core cauliflower, mix mayo (Hellman’s) and Mama Hogg’s dressing and smother cauliflower after sprinkling with crumbs.

If you are gluten-free sprinkle only with grated parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 C for 30-40 minutes. Cooking time depends on how firm or soft you like your veg.

Broil for the last five minutes to brown the top (keep an eye on it!).
