4 – 6 oz Red Snapper fillets
1 cup Mama Hogg’s grilled Caesar salad dressing
1 cup (maybe a bit more) panko or bread crumbs (option, add Italian seasoning)
Salt to taste

Heat oven to 400°. Grease a 9×11 baking dish.
Lightly salt fillets. Brush each fillet (both sides) with Mama Hogg’s Grilled Caesar salad dressing and place in a prepared dish.
Mix panko crumbs in the remaining Mama Hogg’s, add more panko crumbs if necessary to make the mixture crumbly.
Place crumble on top of each fillet.
Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until the fish is flaky and translucent. ENJOY
