Prepare Quinoa as per package instructions, add finely chopped celery, cucumber, white/sweet onion, radish, bell peppers, or what ever veggie you love and /or nuts.

Dress with a tablespoon of Mama, Vegan, or Garden Hogg’s dressing you prefer, 1 tablespoon at a time until the desired flavor is achieved for you…. Some like more… Some like less.
