You will need:
1 Head Cauliflower
4 Tbsp Mayo
2 Tbsp Mama Hogg’s
3 Tbsp Parmesan
2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs- or any other bread crumb you desire
Core cauliflower, mix mayo (Hellman’s) and Mama or Vegan Hogg’s dressing and smother cauliflower after sprinkling with crumbs.
If you are gluten free sprinkle only with grated parmesan cheese. Cooking time depends on how firm or soft you like your veg.
Bake at 350 C for 30-40 minutes.
Broil for last five minutes to brown the top (keep an eye on it!).
