• Peel and slice Beets 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  • Place in a mixing bowl toss in enough Mama Hogg’s Grilled Caesar salad dressing to coat generously.
  • Place on a medium-high barbecue or under a broiler, cook until the desired softness is acquired.
  • You can add this to grilled asparagus as well as prosciutto grilled asparagus and remember you can always finish any grilled vegetable with a little extra Mama Hogg’s when you’re plating.
