This is the dish that started it all… Mama Hogg’s signature dish will dazzle and delight your dinner guests like very few dishes ever will.
  1. Simply take a head of romaine lettuce cut it in half lengthwise leaving the stock on, massage a whole bunch of olive oil into it focusing on the tips
  2. Place on a barbecue at 500 to 600° cook until it’s charred (3-4 minutes)
  3. Turn it over and cook the second side and till it’s charred.
  4. Remove it, cut it in half again lengthwise giving you a 1/4 head, place 3-4 tablespoons of mama hogs on a dinner plate, place the quarter head on top put bacon bits, Parmesan cheese and croutons on top and eat it with a knife and fork, hot.
