Marinade pork chops / pork loin chops in a Ziploc bag with enough Mama Hogg’s to make it well-coated and marinade OVERNIGHT in the fridge. Massage now and again.

Place panko in a shallow dish and coat the wet chops well on all sides, one at a time… don’t be shy. Pack it on. Fry in a well oiled frying pan or place on a parchment paper covered cooking sheet at 375F (won’t be as crispy) and cook until internal temp is 165/170F. remove and let rest for 10 minutes and serve.

TIP: use a flipper rather than tongs or fork as the breading will stay on better.
